Was ist Rhombo-flex\u00ae?<\/h1>\n

Rhombo-flex<\/p><\/div>\n

Rhombo-flex\u00ae<\/strong> ist eine spezielle Perforationstechnik<\/strong>, bei der mit Hilfe von Rasterbohrungen die physikalischen Eigenschaften von Kaltschaum, auch PUR-Schaumstoff genannt, \u00a0ver\u00e4ndert werden. Rhombo-flex\u00ae wurde von Rhombo-Medical f\u00fcr\u00a0Badenia Irisette Matratzen\u00a0entwickelt. Zudem wurde Rhombo-flex\u00ae auch f\u00fcr Sitzpolster hergestellt.<\/p>\n

Das Ziel ist es, unterschiedliche Festigkeiten<\/strong> in nur einem einzigen Schaumblock zu erzeugen. Dies geschieht durch spezielle Rasterbohrungen. Diese k\u00f6nnen n\u00e4mlich in der Tiefe und in ihrem Durchmesser variieren. Zus\u00e4tzlich kann auch der diagonale und der kreuzende Abstand unterschiedlich eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n

Welche Vorteile hat Rhombo-flex\u00ae?<\/h2>\n

Durch die Perforierung wird die Festigkeit und Anschmiegsamkeit<\/strong> des Kaltschaums<\/a> ver\u00e4ndert. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen optimale K\u00f6rperzonen, sowie eine ideale Druckentlastung<\/a><\/strong> und Anpassung an die Wirbels\u00e4ulenkontur geschaffen werden. Zudem wird durch die Rasterbohrung die Durchl\u00fcftung der Matratze verbessert, was sich positiv auf ein gesundes Schlafklima<\/strong> und die Vermeidung von Schimmel<\/a> in der Matratze auswirkt. Das trockene Schlafklima<\/a> ist auch vorteilhaft f\u00fcr Allergiker<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Rhombo-flex\u00ae – Das Material Kaltschaum<\/h2>\n

Das Verfahren Rhombo-flex\u00ae wird bei dem Material Kaltschaum<\/strong> angewandt, um dessen vorhandenen Eigenschaften noch zu verbessern. Kaltschaum ist ein PUR-Schaumstoff<\/strong>, also ein Kunstharz oder ein Kunststoff. Dieser Schaumstoff wird in Bl\u00f6cken gegossen<\/strong> und zum Schluss bei eher niedrigen Temperaturen ausgeh\u00e4rtet<\/strong>. Durch die Herstellung entsteht eine offenporige und unregelm\u00e4\u00dfige Struktur<\/strong>. Dadurch kommt es zu einer besseren Durchl\u00fcftung der Matratze.<\/p>\n

Der Kaltschaum ist \u00e4u\u00dferst formbest\u00e4ndig<\/strong>. Bewegungen werden direkt aufgefangen und das Material nimmt sogleich wieder seine eigentliche Form an. Kaltschaum ist auch sehr flexibel<\/strong>. Eine Matratze aus Kaltschaum eignet sich wunderbar f\u00fcr verstellbare und elektrisch verstellbare Lattenroste<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Zusammen mit der Technik Rhombo-flex\u00ae<\/strong>, sind auch das richtige Raumgewicht<\/a> und eine angenehme Stauchh\u00e4rte<\/a> wichtig bei der Herstellung einer Kaltschaummatratze. Das Raumgewicht ist die Masse der verarbeiteten F\u00fcllmaterialien.
