Ortho-cel<\/p><\/div>\n

Ortho-cel\u00ae ist ein spezieller von f.a.n. frankenstolz hergestellter Kaltschaum, der f\u00fcr viele Kaltschaummatratzen<\/a> verwendet wird.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird Ortho-cel\u00ae Kaltschaum auch als Auflage f\u00fcr viele Taschenfederkernmatratzen<\/a> von f.a.n. frankenstolz verwendet. Ortho-cel\u00ae Kaltschaum zeichnet sich durch seine hervorragende Punktelastizit\u00e4t<\/strong> und seinen optimalen Konturenschnitt aus, der eine effektive Druckentlastung<\/a> u. a. f\u00fcr Aktivschl\u00e4fer bietet. Dadurch wird die orthop\u00e4disch korrekte Lagerung der Wirbels\u00e4ule erreicht, die f\u00fcr einen gesunden und erholsamen Schlaf sorgt.<\/p>\n

Die Vorteile von Ortho-cel\u00ae<\/h2>\n

Der Kaltschaum verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine sehr gute Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit<\/strong> und Punktelastizit\u00e4t<\/a>. Dank des guten Raumgewichts<\/a> von ca. 40-50 kg\/m\u00b3 (je nach Matratzen-H\u00e4rtegrad<\/a>) ist f.a.n. frankenstolz Ortho-cel\u00ae Kaltschaum auch formstabil und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine lange Lebensdauer<\/strong>. Als Nachfolger des bew\u00e4hrten Kaltschaums hat nun f.a.n. Matratzen entwickelt, die eine noch bessere K\u00f6rperanpassung<\/strong> erm\u00f6glichen sollen, wie zum Beispiel Pori-cel\u00ae oder spezieller Gelschaum<\/a>, welcher f\u00fcr die neuesten und hochwertigsten Matratzen eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n

Welche Eigenschaften besitzt Kaltschaum?<\/h2>\n

Kaltschaum<\/a>, auch als PU-Schaum oder PUR-Schaum<\/a> bekannt, wird aus aufgesch\u00e4umtem Polyurethan<\/strong> hergestellt. Die fl\u00fcssige Menge wird zum Aush\u00e4rten in Bl\u00f6cke gegossen und nicht erhitzt, da die Polyole im Polyurethan reaktiv sind. Die Masse erh\u00e4rtet also in kalter Form \u2013 daher auch der Name Kaltschaum.<\/p>\n

Als Folge bleiben die Poren des Kaltschaums verschlossen, wodurch der Schaum eine hohe Stauchh\u00e4rte<\/a> erh\u00e4lt und flexibel wird. Daher eignet sich Kaltschaum besonders f\u00fcr Aktivschl\u00e4fer, da der Kaltschaum nach einer Druckaus\u00fcbung zur\u00fcck in seine urspr\u00fcngliche Form geht, K\u00f6rperbewegungen also nicht abgefedert, sondern abgefangen werden. Um den Kaltschaum atmungsaktiv<\/a> zu machen, k\u00f6nnen die Poren nachtr\u00e4glich aufgebrochen werden. Einschnitte in der Schaumstruktur erzielen zudem eine sehr gute Luftzirkulation<\/strong>, da sich Feuchtigkeit nicht ansammeln kann.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus bietet Kaltschaum den Vorteil, besonders punktelastisch zu sein. Das bedeutet, dass die Stelle auf der Matratze nachgibt, auf die Druck ausge\u00fcbt wird, was die entsprechenden K\u00f6rperregionen entlastet, der Druck sternf\u00f6rmig auf der Auflage verteilt und die Wirbels\u00e4ule orthop\u00e4disch gelagert wird.<\/p>\n

Kaltschaummatratzen weisen eine hohe Langlebigkeit<\/strong> und Formstabilit\u00e4t<\/strong><\/a> auf und k\u00f6nnen, abh\u00e4ngig vom Raumgewicht, 10 Jahre halten und elastisch bleiben.
