Was ist die K\u00f6perbindung?<\/h1>\n

K\u00f6perbindung<\/p><\/div>\n

F\u00fcr gewebte Stoffe werden drei Grundbindungsarten<\/strong> unterschieden: die Leinwandbindung<\/a>, die K\u00f6perbindung und die Atlasbindung<\/a>. Ein Gewebe besteht aus Kett- und Schussf\u00e4den. Die Kettf\u00e4den<\/strong> sind auf den Webrahmen gespannt, die Schussf\u00e4den<\/strong> werden durch sie hindurch gewoben.<\/p>\n

Um einen Stoff in K\u00f6perbindung<\/strong>, kurz K\u00f6per oder Twill genannt, zu erzeugen wird der Schuss unter einen Kettfaden, dann \u00fcber (mindestens) zwei Kettf\u00e4den, dann wieder unter einen Kettfaden gef\u00fchrt und so weiter. In der n\u00e4chsten Reihe beginnt man den Rhythmus um einen Kettfaden zur Seite verlagert – so entsteht das charakteristische Diagonalmuster, das man auch K\u00f6pergrat<\/strong> nennt. Auf dem Gewebe sind sichtbar schr\u00e4g verlaufende Linien zu erkennen.<\/p>\n

Wo findet die K\u00f6perbindung Verwendung?<\/h2>\n

In K\u00f6perbindung sehen Ober- und Unterseite eines Stoffes unterschiedlich aus. Das vermutlich bekannteste Beispiel f\u00fcr einen K\u00f6perstoff ist der Jeansstoff Denim<\/strong>. Je nachdem ob auf der Oberseite mehr Kett- oder mehr Schussf\u00e4den sichtbar sind, spricht man von Kettk\u00f6per oder Schussk\u00f6per. Denim beispielsweise ist ein Kettk\u00f6per. Hier sind auf der Oberseite mehr blaue Kettf\u00e4den zu sehen als wei\u00dfe Schussf\u00e4den. Auch Tweed<\/strong> wird beispielsweise in K\u00f6perbindung hergestellt. Je nach Fadendichte und Material kann K\u00f6per strapazierf\u00e4hig, locker, glatt oder besonders weich sein. K\u00f6perbindung wird beispielsweise auch bei der Herstellung von Drell<\/strong><\/a>, einem g\u00e4ngigen Bezugsstoff f\u00fcr Matratzen<\/a><\/strong>, verwendet.<\/p>\n

Eine lockere K\u00f6perbindung schlie\u00dft mehr Luft ein und wirkt dadurch w\u00e4rmend, deswegen ist das eine g\u00e4ngige Bindungsart f\u00fcr Winterkleidung oder z.B. Flanell<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Welche Arten der K\u00f6perbindung gibt es?<\/h2>\n

Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Varianten der K\u00f6perbindung. Diese k\u00f6nnen sich auch in ihrer Dichte unterscheiden. Diese hei\u00dfen:<\/p>\n

  • Gleichgratk\u00f6per<\/li>\n
  • Mehrgratk\u00f6per<\/li>\n
  • Breitgratk\u00f6per<\/li>\n
  • Steilgratk\u00f6per<\/li>\n
  • Flachgratk\u00f6per<\/li>\n
  • Spitzgratk\u00f6per<\/li>\n
  • Fischgratk\u00f6per<\/li>\n
  • Kreuzk\u00f6per<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Bei dem Gleichgratk\u00f6per<\/strong> erfolgt eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Verteilung der Schuss-und Kettf\u00e4den. Das bedeutet, dass die Anzahl der Hebungen und Senkungen der Kettf\u00e4den identisch ist. Hier sind beide Seiten gleich. Bei den Mehrgratk\u00f6pern<\/strong> entstehen zwei verschieden breite Grate. Wie der Name schon sagt, enthalten die Breitgratk\u00f6per sehr breite Grate. Hier k\u00f6nnen beide Seiten gleich oder ungleich sein. Bei einer sehr hohen Kettdichte spricht man von Steilgratk\u00f6pern<\/strong>. Ist allerdings eine hohe Schussdichte gegeben, so spricht man von Flachgratk\u00f6pern<\/strong>. Spitzgratk\u00f6per<\/strong> werden auch Zickzack-K\u00f6per genannt. Bei ihnen wird die Richtung der Grate gewechselt. Eine \u00e4hnliche Variante ist die Fischgratk\u00f6per<\/strong>-Variante. Diese entsteht ebenfalls durch Wechseln der Gratrichtung, allerdings sitzen hier die Bindungspunkte an anderen Stellen. Kreuzk\u00f6per<\/strong> hingegen zeigen keine typischen Grate.<\/p>\n

    Eine lockere K\u00f6perbindung ist nicht so lange haltbar wie z.B. ein Gewebe in Leinwandbindung, aber dichtgewebt sind die Stoffe sehr strapazierf\u00e4hig.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
