Was ist Kautschuk?<\/h1>\n

Kautschuk<\/p><\/div>\n

Kautschuk besteht aus elastischen Polymeren, aus denen Gummi hergestellt wird. Der aus den mittelamerikanischen Indianersprachen stammende Begriff Kautschuk setzt sich zusammen aus cao – Baum<\/em> und ochu – Tr\u00e4ne<\/em> und bedeutet so viel wie Tr\u00e4ne des Baumes<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Die \u00e4ltesten Funde von Gegenst\u00e4nden aus Kautschuk datieren aus der Zeit um 1600 v. Chr., so erfanden die mittelamerikanischen Indio-V\u00f6lker neben dem Ball auch Schl\u00e4uche und Gef\u00e4\u00dfe. Natur-Kautschuk wurde von ihnen als Klebemittel verwendet, um Schuhe herzustellen.<\/p>\n

Neben Naturkautschuk<\/strong> gibt es viele synthetische Kautschuke<\/strong>. Um Naturkautschuk zu gewinnen, wird der Kautschukbaum angeritzt und eine Art Milch, auch Latex<\/strong><\/a> genannt, tritt aus und wird aufgefangen.<\/p>\n

Vor Ort wird der fl\u00fcssige Stoff vulkanisiert<\/a> und durch das Erhitzen in \u00d6fen auf 100 Grad Celsius in einen festen Zustand gebracht, wobei er sich immer noch auf das F\u00fcnffache seiner Gr\u00f6\u00dfe ausdehnen kann. Thailand, Indonesien und Malaysia gelten als Hauptanbaul\u00e4nder von Naturkautschuk.<\/p>\n

Wie entsteht aus Kautschuk eine Latexmatratze?<\/h2>\n

Kautschuk wird heute vordergr\u00fcndig f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Gummi<\/strong> verwendet, darunter Autoreifen, Dichtungen, Luftballons, Handschuhe, Schuhsohlen und Schl\u00e4uchen. Doch f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Matratzen wird Latex ben\u00f6tigt, welches 12 % der Kautschukverwertung ausmacht. Hierzu wird der Kautschuk vulkanisiert, d. h. mithilfe von Hitze und Druck widerstandsf\u00e4hig gemacht.<\/p>\n

Nach der Vulkanisation ist der Kautschuk bei hohen Temperaturen weiterhin viskoelastisch<\/strong>, bei niedrigen Temperaturen weist er eine hohe Elastizit\u00e4t<\/strong> auf. Kautschuk kann zus\u00e4tzlich noch Chemikalien wie Weichmacher, F\u00fcllstoffe (z. B. Ru\u00dfe), Flammschutzmittel und Farbstoffe zugesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Welche Vorteile hat Kautschuk?<\/h2>\n

Die Vorteile von Kautschuk liegen in seiner Visco-Elastizit\u00e4t<\/a>, wodurch sich der Kautschuk nicht vollst\u00e4ndig in seine Ursprungsform zur\u00fcckgeht. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist er \u00fcberaus wasserabweisend<\/strong> und strapazierf\u00e4hig<\/strong>. Zudem passt sich Kautschuk hervorragend dem K\u00f6rper an und ist druckentlastend<\/a>, wodurch sich eine Latexmatratze perfekt f\u00fcr Menschen mit R\u00fcckenproblemen eignet. Die Wirbels\u00e4ule wird entlastet, der K\u00f6rper wird gest\u00fctzt<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Da Kautschuk in Heizstifte gegossen und erhitzt wird, entstehen Bel\u00fcftungskan\u00e4le, die eine optimale Luftzirkulation<\/strong> und Ventilation garantieren. Seine feuchtigkeits<\/a>– und klimaregulierenden Eigenschaften<\/strong> sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass das Schlafklima<\/a> wohltemperiert<\/strong> ist und Feuchtigkeit aufgenommen und an der entgegengesetzten Oberfl\u00e4che verdunstet.
