Hylex<\/p><\/div>\n

Hylex\u00ae ist ein Kaltschaum von Malie Matratzen mit einem Raumgewicht von 60 kg\/m\u00b3. Dieses f\u00fcr Kaltschaummatratzen hohe Raumgewicht<\/a> hat den Vorteil, dass es hohen Anspr\u00fcchen gen\u00fcgt, indem es eine lange Haltbarkeit aufweist.<\/p>\n

Der Kaltschaum<\/a> wurde auf einer Polyether-Basis entwickelt, ist \u00e4u\u00dferst punktelastisch<\/strong> und tragf\u00e4hig<\/strong> und besitzt eine ausgezeichnete R\u00fcckstellkraft. Seine Porenstruktur ist offen, wodurch eine gute Luftdurchl\u00e4ssigkeit<\/strong> und ein optimaler Feuchtigkeitsaustausch<\/strong> garantiert werden. Der Hylex\u00ae Schaum st\u00fctzt die Wirbels\u00e4ule, sorgt f\u00fcr ihre orthop\u00e4disch korrekte Lagerung und federt den K\u00f6rper ab, ohne ein klassisches Federungssystem mit Metall-Einsatz zu besitzen.<\/p>\n

Lange Haltbarkeit dank hohem Raumgewicht<\/h2>\n

Raumgewicht (RG) beschreibt die Menge der Rohmasse, die in einem Kubikmeter Schaumstoff aufgesch\u00e4umt und verwendet wurden. Diese technische Gr\u00f6\u00dfe wird bei Kaltschaummatratzen<\/a>, Viscoschaummatratzen<\/a> und Latexmatratzen verwendet. Matratzen mit einem hohen Raumgewicht liegen sich nicht so schnell durch wie Matratzen mit einem niedrigen Raumgewicht und sind elastischer<\/strong> und langlebiger<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Zudem weisen sie eine h\u00f6here Formstabilit\u00e4t<\/a> auf. Das bedeutet, dass die Matratze nach Belastung wieder in ihre Ursprungsform zur\u00fcckkehrt. Soll ein hoher Schlafkomfort erzielt werden, empfiehlt sich bei einer Kaltschaummatratze ein Raumgewicht von mindestens 40 kg\/m\u00b3 \u2013 pro Kubikmeter wurden also 40 Kilogramm Kaltschaum verwendet. Am besten ist ein Raumgewicht ab 50 kg\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n

Matratzen mit einem niedrigen Raumgewicht dagegen sind aufgrund der gr\u00f6\u00dferen Poren zwar hervorragend durchl\u00fcftet, aber ebenso por\u00f6s. Vergleichen kann man den Hylex\u00ae Kaltschaum von Malie Matratzen mit dem Nautiflex-Kern von Werkmeister Matratzen, denn auch dieser verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein hohes Raumgewicht. Wie steht Punktelastizit\u00e4t mit dem Raumgewicht in Zusammenhang?<\/h2>\n

Bei Latex und Kaltschaum ist ein hohes Raumgewicht daher wichtig, da es die Matratze punktelastischer macht. Je h\u00f6her das Raumgewicht, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer die Punktelastizit\u00e4t. Die Matratze gibt dadurch nur an den Stellen nach, an denen Druck vom K\u00f6rper ausgeht, und eignet sich daher bestens f\u00fcr Menschen mit Nacken-, Schulter- und R\u00fcckenbeschwerden.<\/p>\n

Da bestimmte K\u00f6rperteile tiefer in die Matratze einsinken sollten als andere, muss sie nachgeben und entlasten, sobald Druck ausge\u00fcbt wird.
