Futon<\/p><\/div>\n

Der Name Futon leitet sich vom traditionell japanischen Bett ab, welches \u00fcblicherweise eine auf dem Boden liegende Matratze<\/strong> ist. Futon ist Japanisch und bedeutet \u00fcbersetzt Decke, steht im Allgemeinen aber f\u00fcr den Begriff Schlafst\u00e4tte. Ein japanischer Futon setzt sich zusammen aus Schlafunterlage und Bettdecke.<\/p>\n

In westlichen L\u00e4ndern werden Futon Matratzen meist auf ein niedriges Bettgestell mit Lattenrost gelegt – auf das Futonbett. Diese gibt es in vielen verschiedenen Varianten und mit unterschiedlichen Extras, beispielsweise ein Futonbett mit Bettkasten. Ein anderer Trend in westlichen L\u00e4ndern ist das Futon Sofa, bzw. Futonsofa, diese k\u00f6nnen umgestellt und als normale Sofas, aber auch als ein Futon Schlafsofa genutzt werden – also eine Futon Couch mit Schlaffunktion. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass Futonmatratzen leicht zu verstauen sind, sind sie sehr beliebt. H\u00e4ufig kann man ein Futonbett mit Matratze und Lattenrost erwerben.<\/p>\n

Wer es traditionell japanisch mag, der kauft sich als Unterlage optional noch eine Tatami Matte zu dem Futon. Tatami bezeichnet Reisstrohmatten<\/strong>, die als Polsterung dienen und dem Futon die M\u00f6glichkeit geben zu atmen. Ein japanischer Futon ist n\u00e4mlich sehr d\u00fcnn und wenn er direkt auf dem Boden liegt, dann w\u00e4re die Liegefl\u00e4che sehr hart. In Japan sind traditionelle H\u00e4user immer mit Tatami Matten ausgelegt. Daraus hat sich sogar eine eigene Ma\u00dfeinheit gebildet. Wer in Japan nach einer Wohnung sucht, wird oft die Gr\u00f6\u00dfenangaben in Tatami vorfinden. So kann ein Zimmer z.B. 6 Tatami gro\u00df sein. Leider gibt es keine einheitliche Angabe, wie gro\u00df ein Tatami ist und es ist in den verschiedenen Regionen Japans unterschiedlich. Im Westen kann auch ein Rollrost eine Alternative Unterlage sein, damit gen\u00fcgend Luft zum Atmen<\/strong> an das Futon gelangt.<\/p>\n

Wie schl\u00e4ft man auf Futon?<\/h2>\n

Der Schulterbereich kann aufgrund der Materialien im Futon nicht gest\u00fctzt werden, was hei\u00dft, dass Seitenschl\u00e4fer nur erschwert auf der Seite schlafen k\u00f6nnen. Eine d\u00fcnne Futonmatratze<\/strong> verf\u00fcgt nat\u00fcrlich nicht \u00fcber spezielle Zonen f\u00fcr bestimmte K\u00f6rperbereiche. Menschen mit R\u00fccken- oder Bandscheibenbeschwerden sollten besser ganz auf Futons verzichten.<\/p>\n

Ein Futon kann ein Zimmer optisch aufwerten, doch als Alternative zu hochwertigen Matratzen, wie Federkernmatratzen<\/a> oder Kaltschaummatratzen<\/a>, ist es nur eine bedingte Wahl. Wenn man gerne auf einer festen Unterlage<\/strong> auf dem R\u00fccken schl\u00e4ft und \u00fcber keine gesundheitlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen verf\u00fcgt, dann sind Futon Betten eine m\u00f6gliche Alternative. Wenn man aber gerne weich oder auf der Seite schl\u00e4ft sollte man davon absehen.<\/p>\n

Ein Futon bietet auch eine stillvolle Abwechslung<\/strong> zu einer G\u00e4stematratze, denn man das Futon rollen und gut verstauen kann, ebenso wie die Futon Matratze. Japanisches Futon besteht \u00fcberwiegend aus einer reinen Baumwollfaser<\/a>-F\u00fcllung, das westliche Futon ist hingegen h\u00e4ufig mit atmungsaktiven<\/a> Naturfasern wie Schurwolle<\/a>, Rosshaar<\/a>, Naturlatex<\/a> und Kokosfasern gef\u00fcllt. Dadurch ben\u00f6tigt eine solche Matratze weniger Pflege als ihr japanisches Gegenst\u00fcck und weist dar\u00fcber hinaus eine erh\u00f6hte Weichheit auf.
