Formstabilit\u00e4t<\/p><\/div>\n

Wenn bei einer Matratze von Formstabilit\u00e4t<\/a> die Rede ist, so meint dies, dass sich die Matratze w\u00e4hrend Belastung an den K\u00f6rper anpasst und ihn ideal st\u00fctzt<\/strong><\/a>, sobald die Belastung jedoch weg ist, geht die Matratze zur\u00fcck in ihre Ursprungsform. Dies verhindert das h\u00e4ufige Problem des Durchliegens, mit dem etwa R\u00fcckenschmerzen einhergehen k\u00f6nnen. Eine hohe Formstabilit\u00e4t garantiert neben einem erholsamen Schlaf und besonders gutem Liegekomfort auch immer eine lange Lebensdauer<\/strong> einer Matratze.<\/p>\n

Wie erkennt man eine formstabile Matratze?<\/h2>\n

Ob eine Matratze formstabil ist, erkennt man an zwei Faktoren: dem Raumgewicht<\/strong><\/a> und der Stauchh\u00e4rte<\/strong><\/a>. Im Allgemeinen kann man sagen, dass eine Matratze umso formstabiler ist, je h\u00f6her diese zwei Faktoren ausfallen. So sollte ein Raumgewicht, oft mit RG abgek\u00fcrzt, von mindestens 40 Kg\/Kubikmeter<\/strong> vorhanden sein und eine Stauchh\u00e4rte von mindestens 30 Kilopascal<\/strong> bei einem K\u00f6rpergewicht bis zu 80 Kg.<\/p>\n

Welche Matratzenarten sind besonders formstabil?<\/h2>\n

Besonders formstabil und somit auch sehr langlebig sind etwa Kaltschaum<\/strong>– und Latex<\/strong>-, bzw. Naturlatexmatratzen<\/strong>. Die Lebensdauer dieser Matratzen kann bei guter Pflege und dem passenden Lattenrost bis zu 15 Jahren<\/strong> betragen. Beispiele hierf\u00fcr sind etwa die Werkmeister Nautisan Ortho\u00a0oder die Prolana Barbados Plus Naturlatexmatratze.<\/p>\n

Formstabile Lattenroste<\/h2>\n

Lattenroste<\/a> mit Federholzleisten<\/strong><\/a> sollten besonders formstabil und \u00e4u\u00dfert unterst\u00fctzend sein, sodass eine wechselnde Schlafposition erm\u00f6glicht wird. Weitere wichtige Funktion ist die optimale Luftzirkulation und orthop\u00e4disch korrekt angeordnete Liegezonen. Ein formstabiler Lattenrost verl\u00e4ngert nicht nur die Lebensdauer der Matratze, sondern optimiert den individuellen Schlafkomfort und beugt R\u00fcckenprobleme des Schl\u00e4fers vor.<\/p>\n

Formstabile Lattenroste sind in der Regel aus Buchenholz hergestellt und aus nachhaltiger Forstwirtschaft.
