Erlen wachsen in ganz Europa bis nach Sibirien und Teilen Nordafrikas und Asiens.<\/p>\n<p>Das Erlenholz unterteilt sich in 3 verschiedene Arten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>die Schwarzerle (auch Roterle genannt)<\/li>\n<li>die Grauerle (oder Wei\u00dferle)<\/li>\n<li>die Gr\u00fcnerle (auch bekannt als Bergerle).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dabei findet fast ausschlie\u00dflich die Schwarzerle Verwendung in der Holz- und M\u00f6bel-Branche in Europa. Erlen wachsen meist entlang von Gew\u00e4ssern oder feuchten Standorten und werden je nach Art 50 bis 120 Jahre alt. Mit dem K\u00fcrzel ER wird der Erle Holz nach DIN-Norm deklariert.<\/p>\n<h2>Erlenholz &#8211; Eigenschaften und Verwendung<\/h2>\n<p>Erlenholz besitzt eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Struktur und ist ein sehr weiches, leichtes Holz. Es ist schnell trocknend, l\u00e4sst sich m\u00fchelos bearbeiten und auch Schrauben halten gut in Erlenholz. Wird es unter Wasser verwendet, so besitzt es eine hohe Dauerhaftigkeit, jedoch ist es ansonsten wenig witterungsbest\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n<p>Die Erle Holz Eigenschaften erm\u00f6glichen es au\u00dferdem es zu drechseln, schnitzen, fr\u00e4sen, beizen, verleimen, polieren oder zu lackieren. Beim Nageln neigt es allerdings dazu zu splittern und korrodiert bei Kontakt mit Eisen schnell.<\/p>\n<p>Auch findet sich, wenn auch seltener, in deutschen Schlafzimmern das eine oder andere Erlenholz-Bett.<\/p>\n<h2>Aussehen von Erlenholz<\/h2>\n<p>Erlen z\u00e4hlen zu den Splintholz-Arten &#8211; das bedeutet, dass das Kernholz und das Splintholz sich farblich nicht unterscheiden. Farblich kann die Erle Holz produzieren, das r\u00f6tlich-wei\u00df, r\u00f6tlich-gelb oder hellbraun ist. Es dunkelt allerdings unter Lichteinwirkung nach. Die Jahresringe sind nicht sehr ausgepr\u00e4gt, aber dennoch erkennbar. Das Holz der Grauerle und Schwarzerle unterscheiden sich nicht sehr deutlich voneinander, allerdings ist der Grauerle Holz etwas heller und besitzt einen seidigen Glanz.<\/p>\n<h2>Wof\u00fcr wird Erlenholz verwendet?<\/h2>\n<p>In den aller meisten F\u00e4llen wird das Erlenholz der Schwarzerle verarbeitet, da das Holz der Grauerle sich weniger als Nutzholz eignet. Im Folgenden sehen Sie eine kurze Auflistung \u00fcber die Verwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten von Erlenholz:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faserplatten, Spanplatten<\/li>\n<li>M\u00f6belherstellung<\/li>\n<li>Papierherstellung<\/li>\n<li>Modellbau<\/li>\n<li>Musikinstrumente<\/li>\n<li>Schnitz- und Drechselarbeiten<\/li>\n<li>Sperrholz<\/li>\n<li>Restauration<\/li>\n<li>Spezial-Holzkohle<\/li>\n<li>Verpackungs-Kisten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Verwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Erlenholz sind sehr vielf\u00e4ltig und breit gef\u00e4chert. Von h\u00f6lzernen M\u00f6belst\u00fccken (beliebt sind vor allem M\u00f6bel aus Erlenholz in Wei\u00df), \u00fcber Instrumentenh\u00e4lse bis hin zu Holzschuhen &#8211; aber Erlenholz als Brennholz ist auch h\u00e4ufig.<\/p>\n<p>Wer M\u00f6bel aus Erlenholz kaufen will, sollte bedenken, dass der Schwarzerle Holz im Preis stark variiert, vergleichen lohnt sich daher oft. Aufgrund vieler positiver Eigenschaften und der guten Beizbarkeit von Erlenholz, wird es oft zur Restauration von M\u00f6belst\u00fccken verwendet um Edelh\u00f6lzer zu imitieren (wie beispielsweise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wohnen-shop.at\/lexikon\/nussbaumholz\/\">Nussbaum<\/a>, Kirschbaum oder Mahagoni).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Was ist Erlenholz?
