Druckentlastung<\/p><\/div>\n

Wenn man auf einer Matratze liegt, entsteht ein Druck insbesondere da, wo der K\u00f6rper haupts\u00e4chlich aufliegt. Typischerweise sind das die Schultern und die H\u00fcfte<\/strong>. Druckentlastung bezeichnet nun die F\u00e4higkeit der Matratze, diesen punktuellen Druck<\/strong> zu nehmen.<\/p>\n

Die Druckentlastung erfolgt dadurch, dass die Matratze<\/a> an den besonders belasteten Punkten softer ist und besser einsinkt. Dadurch verteilt sich der Druck dann gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger<\/strong> auf den gesamten K\u00f6rper. Eine Druckentlastung der Matratze ist deswegen so wichtig und entscheidend, da zu hoher Druck auf die Schulter oder H\u00fcfte zu Schmerzen und Verspannungen f\u00fchren kann. In extremen F\u00e4llen kann es auch passieren, dass der Arm nachts immer wieder einschl\u00e4ft, weil zu viel Druck auf der Schulter lastet und dies die Blutzufuhr in den Arm reduziert<\/strong> oder gar stoppt.<\/p>\n

Eine Matratze mit guter Druckentlastung ist gekennzeichnet von insbesondere zwei Merkmalen: einer sehr guten Punktelastizit\u00e4t<\/a> sowie einer guten Zonierung. – Die Punktelastizit\u00e4t f\u00fchrt zun\u00e4chst einmal dazu, dass der K\u00f6rper punktuell einsinkt, so wie es der jeweilige K\u00f6rper erfordert. Sehr gute Materialien hierf\u00fcr sind Visco-Schaum, der modernere Gelschaum oder Latex.<\/p>\n

Die Zonierung einer Matratze unterst\u00fctzt diesen Effekt noch weiter, in dem die Schulter durch Bohrungen oder besonders softes Material<\/strong> in dem Bereich noch leichter einsinken kann. Gleichzeitig sollte gerade der untere R\u00fcckenbereich – die Lordose<\/a> – gut gest\u00fctzt werden. Entsprechend sind Matratzen mit spezieller Schulterzone und Lordose-Einleger sehr empfehlenswert. Auch sollte eine solche Matratze gute R\u00fcckstelleigenschaften<\/strong> besitzen. Das Material solcher Matratzen sollte nach der Belastung und der damit verbundenen Druckentlastung m\u00f6glichst wieder in Ausgangszustand zur\u00fcckkehren k\u00f6nnen. Diese Eigenschaft bei Matratzen kann die Durchblutung f\u00f6rdern und somit der Enstehung von Dekubitus entgegen wirken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Druckentlastung im medizinischen Bereich<\/h2>\n

Im medizinischen Bereich ist die Druckentlastung ebenfalls ein wichtiges Thema<\/strong>. Bei bettl\u00e4grigen Personen entsteht das Risiko, dass der stetige Druck auf derselben Stelle zu einer Wunde bzw. einem Geschw\u00fcr f\u00fchrt. Dieses nennt man Dekubitus<\/strong>. Um die Heilung eines Dekubitus zu erleichtern, ist es dann enorm wichtig, dass es zu einer maximalen Druckentlastung kommt, gerade an der wunden Stelle. Hierzu werden im medizinischen Bereich oft g\u00fcnstige Visco-Matratzen verwendet. Allerdings sind diese nicht optimal. Zum einen f\u00fchrt die oft geringe Durchl\u00fcftung<\/strong> dieser Matratzen zu einer schlechteren Wundheilung. Zum anderen f\u00fchrt der visco-elastische<\/a> Effekt der Matratze, die also nur sehr langsam auf Bewegung reagiert, zu einer weiteren Reduktion der Bewegung der bettl\u00e4grigen Person. Und so kommt es noch seltener zu einer Ver\u00e4nderung der Liegeposition<\/strong> und somit einer Ver\u00e4nderung des Drucks, die aber eine Heilung beg\u00fcnstigen w\u00fcrde. Vorteilhafter w\u00e4ren insofern modernere Materialien wie Gelsch\u00e4ume, die deutlich offenporiger sind und schneller auf Bewegung reagieren und somit eine bessere Druckentlastung<\/strong> bieten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
